Who are Click N Drink?

Click N Drink are an online retailer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks delivered straight to your door. Please visit our About Us page to find out more about who we are.

Where’s my order?

Please check the estimated delivery time on your order confirmation email. Once shipped, we’ll send you another email to confirm this along with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

I’ve received my order but there’s a problem, what should I do?

Please get in touch with us using our Contact Us page. If an item arrives and is not quite as expected then please email us and attach a photo of what you have received to ensure we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I return an order?

If you change your mind about an order then you can return this to our return address shown below within 14 days. Please include a note with your order number and that you are returning the item for a refund. Please note that in this instance we will be unable to refund your shipping cost.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all UK addresses registered on the Royal Mail database.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Most orders will be delivered in 1-3 working days, however some remote areas may take a little longer. Please check the estimated delivery time quoted in the checkout and on your order confirmation email.

What is the cost for delivery?

The cost for delivery depends on the address we are delivering to. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more details. This will also be confirmed in the checkout before you place your order. We also offer free delivery on orders over £100.

How will my order be delivered?

All our deliveries are carried out via Parcelforce who will attempt to deliver up to 3 times before sending your parcel to your local Post Office for you to collect.

What payment methods can I use?

We’ve partnered with Barclays and SagePay to offer you a variety of super secure payment options. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for easy checkout and complete peace of mind.

You offer reward points. How do I use them?

As a thank you for shopping with Click N Drink you can now collect reward points with every purchase! Head to our reward points page to find out how our reward scheme works.

Can I order a gift for delivery to another address?

Yes, simply choose a different delivery address in the checkout when placing your order. We also offer e-gift cards which can be emailed to friends and family.
