What courier do you use? Orders are dispatched via Parcelforce.

Can I track my order? On dispatch, you will receive an email from us with a unique reference which you can use to track your order via Parcelforce’s tracking service.

How long will my order take to be delivered? Delivery times vary depending on the stock status of your order and where in the UK we are delivering to. Please see below for a guide to how long your order will take to be delivered.

What should I do if my order is late?  If your order is experiencing a delay, please get in touch with us via email or phone and we will try to rectify the issue as speedily as possible. Please bear in mind that as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we are unable to offer a fully guaranteed service.

How much will delivery cost?  Please see below for a guide to how your delivery charge will be calculated.

Please note that the above information is intended as a rough guide only. If you would like to calculate the exact delivery charge for your order, just add all items into your basket, and continue to the checkout. You will be asked to enter your postcode, from which a delivery charge will be calculated for your order.

Are there any other surcharges? Please be aware that all London addresses within the London Congestion Zone have a surcharge of 50p, this will be automatically added to your postage cost during the checkout.

Any other delivery advice? In order to make your delivery run as smoothly as possible we have come up with some useful tips for you to follow:

When placing your order please include a contact number, preferably a mobile, which will allow us to send you tracking information and the couriers to contact you should there be any problems finding your address.

When you place your order, you will be asked if you would like to leave a delivery instruction. If no delivery instruction is inputted, your order will ALWAYS be sent signed for only.

If you know you’re not going to be home, head to Parcelforce and use the details in your tracking email to rearrange your delivery. Alternatively, you can leave a delivery instruction when your order is placed, requesting that your goods are to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address cannot be insured against loss or damage.

Our courier company will only attempt to deliver your parcel twice before it is taken back to either your local post office or Parcelforce depot for collection. If you receive a Parcelforce calling card through your door, please don’t ignore it! Follow the link to the Parcelforce tracking site (in your tracking email/on this page) to check the status of your order, or contact us directly to investigate. Extra charges may apply for re-delivery if your item is returned to us.
