The makers story

The desire to safeguard a beautiful territory listed for protection by the European Community prompted Paolo Bergamo and his family to manage their twenty-two hectares of estate-owned vineyards to strict organic standards. The estate of Azienda Vinicola A. Bergamo has been making great prosecco for over 50 years. These grapes grow on a parcel of their land called the magredi, or 'lean lands'.
