Our delivery charges are variable; they dependant on location and the weight of your order. We now offer Free Delivery on all eligible UK Mainland orders over £100, and discounted delivery on all other orders over £100! Please see below for a rough guide to our delivery charges.

If you would like to calculate the exact delivery charge for your order, just add all items into your basket, and continue to the checkout. You will be asked to enter your postcode, from which a delivery charge will be calculated for your order.
If you feel your postage rate has been calculated incorrectly, please feel free to get in touch and we will be able to double check this for you and make sure you are paying the correct amount.
Please be aware that all London addresses within the London Congestion Zone have a surcharge of 50p, this will be automatically added to your postage cost during the checkout.
In order to make your delivery run as smoothly as possible we have come up with some useful tips for you to follow:
When placing your order please include a contact number, preferably a mobile, which will allow us to send you tracking information and the couriers to contact you should there be any problems finding your address.
When you place your order, you will be asked if you would like to leave a delivery instruction. If no delivery instruction is inputted, your order will ALWAYS be sent signed for only, which means a signature is required before the couriers will leave your parcel safe. If you know you're not going to be home, follow the link to the UK Mail parcel tracking site (in your tracking email/on this page) to rearrange your delivery for a suitable day.
Alternatively, you can leave a delivery instruction when your order is placed, requesting that your goods are to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address cannot be insured against loss or damage.
Our courier company will only attempt to deliver your parcel twice before it is taken back to the depot for collection or returned to us. If you are expecting your parcel or receive a UK Mail calling card through your door, please don't ignore it! Follow the link to the UK Mail parcel tracking site (in your tracking email/on this page) to check the status of your order, or contact us directly to investigate. Extra charges may apply for re-delivery if your item is returned to us.
